What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, phone and message, to reply to your enquiry (our legitimate interest in responding).
• ArborellaOS account: your email address, to sign you in and run your subscription (contract).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, billing address and subscription status, never your full card details (contract; legal duty to keep accounting records).
• Downloads: which documents you download, when, and the IP address used, to protect the library from account sharing (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and files), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Sanity (website content, which holds no customer data). Some of these process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to 2 years. Account and download records while you have an account and for 12 months after. Billing records for 6 years, as the law requires.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
