Terms for ArborellaOS subscriptions
These terms apply when you subscribe to ArborellaOS from Arborella Consultancy Ltd (“we”, “us”). Our consultancy and virtual assistant services are agreed separately.
Your subscription
ArborellaOS CORE and COMPLETE are paid monthly or yearly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown on the ArborellaOS page before you pay.
Access starts straight away
When you subscribe, you ask us to give you access to the library immediately. Because the documents are digital content, you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. You can still cancel future renewals at any time.
Cancelling and changing plan
Cancel or switch between CORE and COMPLETE from your account (“Manage billing”). If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. When you change plan, the price difference is worked out automatically.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we’ll email you and try again. Your access continues for 7 days; after that it stops until payment is made.
Using the documents
Your subscription gives your business a licence to download, edit and use the documents for its own operations while the subscription is active. You may share them with your own staff. You may not resell, publish or share them with other businesses, or share your sign-in. Documents you have adapted for your business remain yours to use after your subscription ends.
The documents are templates and guidance based on industry experience. You are responsible for checking that they suit your business and for meeting your own legal and health and safety duties.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
